Helping Hands Thru Arts and the City of Holly Hill welcomes you to the first Holly Hill Arts Festival! Thank you for including us into your schedule of shows!

ARTIST REGISTRATION: Opens at 1PM, Phased entries as follows


1065   Daytona Avenue, Holly Hill, FL 32117

TIME: Begins 1PM Friday, April 5th

Phase 1: 1:00 PM   Sections: F, I, L, J, M

Phase 2: 2:30PM  Sections: E, H, K, A, G

Phase 3:  4:00 PM Sections: C, D, B, N

**We will alert you if we can open Artist Registration earlier. 

Please bring your ID to Registration. 

We will be providing you a Pink Parking slip to display on your dash

Directions: Enter from Daytona Ave and not US1

From LPGA exit from I- 95:

a. Exit I 95 at LPGA BLVD (Tanger Outlets) è head east on LPGA BLVD for 5 miles 

b. Cross Ridgewood Ave (US 1) èGo one block, and make right on Daytona Avenue. We are on the right. 

From International Speedway Blvd (US 92)

Go east from I 95 interchange è To US 1 (Ridgewood) Turn left (North)è At 10th Street turn Right è Turn left on Daytona Ave. Registration is on the left after church.

There is limited parking on at YMCA and at SICA Hall for waiting on the time for your section time for set up. Please unload, and then move your vehicle before setting up your tent. It’s crazy on Friday afternoon – please be patient!

Festival Hours: 

9AM - 5PM Saturday, April 6th 

9AM - 4PM Sunday, April 7th 

Tent Set Up Caution: Be careful to avoid sprinkler system. Bring aids to help level your set up. This festival arrangement will help to minimize the ground slope from top of circle.

SUNDAY Breakdown and Loading: You may breakdown your booth after 4:00 PM but no vehicles will be allowed into the Festival area until 4:30PM 

At the close of show, the sequencing of vehicle entry will be reverse of that used for our set up. 

Outside booths will load first, and then inside booths will be able to bring in vehicles for loading. 

A green access card will be provided to artists who are ready to bring in vehicle to load.

Hotel Suggestions: Several hotels are in the surrounding area of Daytona Beach. The Holiday Inn Express is offering an “Artist Discount” for $139 a night . This property is at the LPGA I-95 interchange near the Auto Mall about 6 miles from festival venue. Please see attached document for other suggested areas. 

Tent Assistance: Two opportunities are available at around $15/ hour:

1) Lori, has experience with festival tents-ups and will also help carry items to/ from vehicles is offering her services at $15/hr. Lori can be reached by text/call at 386-690-3288 to reserve her time - or grab her while she's working on site
2) The Embry Riddle Aeronautical University students may be reserved by calling Stephanie at 386-226-6549.

PS - We have a sponsor who will be providing us with a couple of golf carts for Sat and Sunday should anyone like a little extra help - just flag us down!





This is a layout for the show.  The artists that are placed back-to- back will have 10' tents behind their tents to share.

Those artists in center circle will be facing outward from fountain area



Parking Surrounds Festival For Artists and Patrons

There is a delightful park across the street for our festival shoppers to park. Parking is surrounding the festival area for artists. 

There is a section available for artist's overnight parking with restrooms. Please inform us in advance if you are interested in overnight parking.

Artists will need to arrive off Daytona Avenue for drive-thru Registration Check In with ID (please) We will have provide additional information to artists prior to show.  

Friday, April 5th at 1PM opens booth  set up.  We will stage the set up to reduce hassles! Saturday booth set up is available. Please inform us in advance if this is your preferred option.
